The governing documents of Prussia have gone through many variations, with the Code being newly-written for Civclassics. The Code was ratified by common agreement among the old Prussians and the five most active Prussians on the server on 1 May 2019. These five most active players also form the governing constitutional body of the Kingdom of Prussia.</nowiki> The goal of the Code was to create a simple framework with as little gibberish as possible through which the consitutional body can govern matters within the Kingdom. Trust among the Prussians is high and their goals are generally the same. It will mostly serve as a tie-breaker in stalemates regarding construction and architectural matters.
