Created on July 6th of 2021, the SeaCats Portraits Foundation (shortened to SCP Foundation or SCPF) is a for-profit non-public company created by Artienia. It's headquaters are located near the western coast of Icenia city. Currently the SCPF has created 5 complete maps, with 1 incomplete and 1 upcoming. Their mission purpose is to recreate the portraits of the visual novel series Umineko.
