====MTA Exotic Build Residence====

One of the first properties ever claimed in [[Mount Augusta (CivMC)|Mount Augusta]], a colorful house made from all sorts of exotic material. [[Mount Augusta (CivMC)|MtA]] residents tend to leave complimentary signs on the property. It has a statue of the flag of [[Mount September]] perched on its roof, in honor of the [[Mount September|"Septembrian Elite"]] that were exiled from the country following the election of [[ComradeNick]]. Although the property was claimed in early June of 2022, the house was not actually built until October. Until then, a much uglier house made of sandstone occupied the territory, as a parallel to the first house SamBonusG ever built on the previous civ iteration in [[Icenia (CivClassic 2.0)|Icenia]].

Established in October of 2022.
