====MTA Exotic Build Residence====
One of the first properties ever claimed in Mount Augusta, a colorful house made from all sorts of exotic material. It has a statue of the flag of [[Mount September]] perched on its roof, in honor of the [[Mount September|"Septembrian Elite"]] that were exiled from the country following the election of [[ComradeNick]]. Although the property was claimed in early June of 2022, the house was not actually built until October. Until then, a much uglier house made of sandstone occupied the territory, as a parallel to the first house SamBonusG ever built on the previous civ iteration in [[Icenia (CivClassic 2.0)|Icenia]].

The second iteration of the famed [[Lazuli Tower]] from [[CivClassics 2.0|CivClassics]], but with an updated and much more detailed design. It is, appropriately enough, located in [[New September]], as the first tower was part of the skyline of [[Mount September]]. Two beacons and a brightly lit row of sea lanterns illuminate the skies of Lambat City. This is also SamBonusG's current main residency.
