When [[CivMC]] started up, [[SamBonusG]] intended on settling in [[Mount Augusta]], as that's where most of his friends from [[Mount September]] would be winding up. He began to build his home there, however construction of this home was never finished. This was due to a wave of political instability after the controversial election of [[ComradeNick]] as governor, leading to Sam and the majority of the so-called "Septembrian Elite" leaving [[Mount Augusta]] and scattering around the map. Sam wound up settling in [[Lambat]], and immediately opened an obsidian shop and horse stable. After assisting with road construction and economy building, he was brought into the government of [[Lambat]] by President [[Kaprediem]] in August of 2022 as the Minister of Commerce. ====The Rise of New September====
In October of 2022, a vote was held in [[Lambat]] to determine the name of one of it's regions. SamBonusG, feeling his [[Mount September|Septembrian]] roots could use some recognition, began to rally support for the name [[New September]]. Despite getting a large group of people behind him, New September lost to the name Progreso, and so that was the name given to the region. Then, the [[January 2023 Lambatan coup d'état]] happened, plunging the country into roleplay chaos. Members of the [[New September Coalition]] decided to use the confusion to their advantage. Coalition members [[Magnileve]] and [[Orhint]] utilized their power over the province of [[Capeland]] (also known as [[Chungia]] to some) to leverage President-in-exile [[Kaprediem]] with threats of secession should Progreso not be renamed to [[New September]]. [[Kaprediem]] immediately agreed, and SamBonusG and [[Magnileve]] erected a tall flagpole waving the new flag of [[New September]] in the air. This helped [[Kaprediem]] gain the support of the [[New September Coalition]], creating further tension between the Republic of [[Lambat]] and the monarchist [[Banyough]] loyalists.

A giant chessboard with 5-block tall sculptures of the pieces lined up, located in the center of the great country of [[Lambat (CivMC)|Lambat]]. Established in July 0f 2022.

The main commerce center of [[Lambat (CivMC)|Lambat,]] complete with three floors of shops and a park outside. Established in August of 2022.

====MTA Exotic Build Residence====
One of the first properties ever claimed in Mount Augusta, a colorful house made from all sorts of exotic material. Although the property was claimed in the first days of the server, the house was not actually built until October of 2022. Picture pending.
====Mercado Strait Beach House====
Beach house that once held a beacon in it's lighthouse. Worked as a pit stop for horse travelers in the early days of the server, before everything was connected by rails. Has since been mostly abandoned. Established in November of 2022.

A lapis-lined arched bridge that connects the southernmost part of [[Lambat (CivMC)|Lambat]] to [[Estalia]], established in December of 2022.

The second iteration of the famed [[Lazuli Tower]] from [[CivClassics 2.0|CivClassics]], but with an updated much more detailed design. It is, appropriately enough, located in [[New September]], as the first tower was part of the skyline of [[Mount September]]. Two beacons and a row brightly lit peak illuminate the sky. Established in March of 2023.
