Rubicon

Rubicon is a district within the Republic of Icenia named after Stonato's castle there-The Rubicon.

Unpopulated, save for bots, the Rubicon serves as an important farming base for the Icenian EXP industry with Enforcer15 owning much of the infrastructure there.
