History
Rotterdam was originally settled on October 7th, 2017, by the Grand Duchy of Columbia, otherwise known as the First Empire of Columbia. While first just a few wooden buildings originally built by Neotide, once Columbia was established, its style became more like 20th century Paris.
In Late-February/Early March of 2020, Rotterdam became a front-line city in the Infinity War when Columbia declared war per the UDF on NATO. As a result, presumed NATO affiliates waterbombed the city and claimed it as theirs in a subreddit post, though these claims remain unrecognized by the majority of the server.
