Sith the start of September 2019 RSSR slowly went into decline after its citizens lost interest with the server. A popular rumor spread that they had quit after realizing that you couldn't smelt clear glass. In late September 2019 the area that the capital sat on was transferred to ICOR and the RSSR ceased to exist.
