=== Summer Settling ===
Provincia was founded with the long hangover of Civcraft 3.0 hanging over the group. It was decided, after months of searching, that the recently launched Civclassics would be the newest endeavor of the group which had come together almost 4 years before.
By early July the first houses of the settlement that would become Threepton were moved into and the Civcraft Heritage Society had begun their Museum near the testiflicate village of Eastonia. The bustle of new builds and new possibilities made early Threepton a very dynamic town, breaking ground on many of its most well known projects: the Tex Bridge, the Civic Complex, and the Wander Grotto.
i'll have to come back to this but yeah then activity started to drop off and people started disagreeing but without enough active players the danzilonan model starts to breakdown until its just loggerheads over where to lay a road.

most of the activity drops off, petlahk and ninjajack keep building threepton and Romec and Koekebakkur make some great houses . Plus westgrove starts out and so theres less people and less of the older u3p but still some great builds getting made. sporadic periods of greater activity occur

activity starts to pick back up as summer attracts people back to the server. the state of affairs had become stable and this influx was not always a stable influence. But this blossoming of activity and possibilities is cut short by a brutal griefing attack. lots of DRO lots of swatstikas lots of chests broken in what seemed to be a pretanaturally fast manner but oh well. Friends came from other nearby places and even some far away to donate supplies or swing a pick to dig out the town.
By the time most of the debris was cleared the inspiration and interest of most of the players was shot. Those who wanted to keep playing eventually moved primarily residence, often to Pripyat or Mount Augusta.

we got rid of all the grief and we still play sometimes, mostly just to play hockey and get some nostalgia. Some people have been on more lately and some significant terraforming has gone underway. Think we're leaning into being the Sochi of the CCCP
