Provincia was founded with the long hangover of Civcraft 3.0 hanging over the group. It was decided, after months of searching, that the recently launched Civclassics would be the newest endeavor of the group which had come together almost 4 years before.

By early July the first houses of the settlement that would become Threepton were moved into and the Civcraft Heritage Society had begun their Museum near the testiflicate village of ~~Eastonia~~. The bustle of new builds and new possibilities made early Threepton a very dynamic town, breaking ground on many of its most well known projects: the Tex Bridge, the Civic Complex, and the Wander Grotto.

i'll have to come back to this but yeah then activity started to drop off and people started disagreeing but without enough active players the danzilonan model starts to breakdown until its just loggerheads over where to lay a road.

Domestically great works of culture and leisure were constructed and terraforming efforts undertook to make the Wildlands region into a protected parkland.

most of the activity drops off, petlahk and ninjajack keep building threepton and Romec and Koekebakkur make some great houses . Plus westgrove starts out and so theres less people and less of the older u3p but still some great builds getting made. sporadic periods of greater activity occur

Internationally, the early diplomats pursued cordial relations with all neighbors while asserting claims on territory surrounding the Danzilona Sea. Friendly relationships were especially sought with leftist cities and nations as well as neighbors with whom a common understanding could be reached.

Local boosters at one point sought a unity state with Lenin Isle, but when the plan found little support in either settlement the idea was abandoned.

With diplomats having reached a mutual understanding with all neighbors and with our relations with international Civcrafters minimal the position grew less desired and elections were postponed at times by internal agreement.

Focusing on domestic affairs the Provincian citizens constructed a great many buildings and districts which attracted regional attentions. A grand Hockey Arena was built in the Olympic Sports Park west of Middle Threepton. Rail connections eased travel domestically and abroad as the port of Westgrove became a hub alongside Threepton Central Station on the [[Big Eastern North-South Rail|Big Eastern North-South Rail (BENSR)]]. A number of establishments for the purpose of common fellowship opened along Phoenix Way, including the Horses Head Pub, Club Imperium, the Latvian Hostel, and the Threepton Inn & Pub. In Westgrove a new building style was explored and a number of very nice residences and public builds surrounded tremendous spawned trees in a central park.
