Order of St Marcus

The Order of St Marcus is a building order based in Mount Augusta. The group was founded in February 2018 with Logic_Man and Gobblin leading the order. St Marcus refers to Marcus Flaminius, a historically important figure known for his work with the Maester Alliance.

Goals

The Order of St Marcus has the following goals:

• Widespread construction of Lodges - serving as safehouses and meeting places for members of the Order.
• Acknowledging and recognizing the historical past of cities where the Order operates.
• Construct appealing buildings to improve the look and feel of cities in which the order operates.

Lodges

Lodges are the first and primary building that the Lodge aims to construct in a city. There are two designs that are re-used between cities, this aims to allow lodges to be easily recognized. The land around any lodge is developed to allow for member-only farms that can provide food.

Grand Lodge
The Grand Lodge is constructed in cities that are deemed to be significant and influential in the region that they are constructed. Grand Lodges contain a meeting room, chestrooms, beds and food access for members.

Lodge
The standard, minor lodge is constructed in cities that do not qualify for a Grand Lodge. The minor lodge contains a viewing deck accessible for all players and a meeting room.

St Marcus Opportunity Shop - 'Markies'

St Marcus opportunity shop is a new initiative of the Order, it aims to provide cheap goods sourced from around the map to citizens in Mount Augusta, as well as accept donations for newfriends of the region. "Markies" also provides an opportunity to get wealthy for citizens of Mount Augusta by being one of the few shops in the city that sells diamonds.

Projects by Logic Man before the Order

• the Mount Augusta cemetery - celebrating inactive members of the community who once contributed to Mount Augusta.
• the Mount Augustan monument - a monument showing the actions performed by Mount Augustans to stop griefers before the implementation of Prison Pearl

Projects by the Order

• The Irian Museum of History - this contains accurate recreations of structures that stood in Iria during CivCraft 2.0, it will also contain exhibits discussing the BMB raids, the NEA, the nether portal dispute and others. It stands within the housing district of Iria and is one of the largest structures in the city.

• The Irian Monument - this monument is an exact recreation of the pillars during early Irian 2.0 times, the pillars once stood as the center of the city of Iria. On these pillars, you will be able to see the original laws of Iria - including the existence of taxes that were abolished during wolfeyes391's rise to power.

• The Gijharian Estate III - this building is designed in the original style of Iria 2.0. Its name refers to the Gijharian Estate I and II, which were both constructed in Iria.
