== History ==
On 3rd June 2022, the founding members Tabby Blue and Alekcoolman came to the shores of an island East of Griffin. With no hostile locals and an abundance of resources on the island. They declared claim to this island "As we the founders of this abundant island we shallive call it 'Phoenix'".
The two founders quickly collected the necessary resources and materials. As the material was collected, Aleckcoolman turned to Tabby, "Dear Colleague and founder of this wonderful abundant island. What shallive we build". Tabby Blue turned to Aleckcoolman and said: "Let it be known by all.... (Long Pause)..... my dear friend and colleague. Here we shallive build a Town Hall". So the magnificent construction started.
A few days later, Tabby received a proposition after building the first settlements. With disagreements between the two founders on the last day of dispute. An agreement was struck on 8th June 2022, and the island was sold for 27 diamonds.
Without any place to call home, the two founders wandered the CIVMC Server seas with nothing but 27 diamonds in their pockets.
As all hope started dwindling, the founders began questioning their horrible decisions in life. A miracle came across the horizon; this individual was called "[[ComradeNick|Nick]]."
The founders would later now this person as "[[ComradeNick]]". [[ComradeNick]] told them of a city not far away where they would be welcomed by all the citizens that make just as horrible life decisions as the founders, as Tabby and Alekcoolman looked at each other with disbelief.
The founders asked Nick if it would be possible to become an Autonomous State for the beautiful city called "Mount Augusta". An accord was struck with the then Government of Mt. Augusta, and on the 8th June 2022, the first block of the town centre was laid in the New town called "New Phoenix" with the help of [[ComradeNick]].
