At 28th April 2018, ElementKZ got a full access to do whatever he wishes to do with the land. ElementKZ, started a small settlement called "Neuchâtel". Neuchâtel stayed under Hexcorp's control

Today, the place is abandoned but kept claimed by ElementKZ and Hexcorp.
