History
Hexcorp's Direct Control
Before Neuchâtel was created Hexcorp owned the land.
Settlement
At 28th April 2018, ElementKZ got a full access to do whatever he wishes to do with the land. ElementKZ, started a small settlement called "Neuchâtel". Neuchâtel stayed under Hexcorp's control
Today
Today, the place is abandoned but kept claimed by ElementKZ and Hexcorp.
Government
The current government type in Neuchâtel is Autocratic Capitalist Monarchy.
