While plans for the city were drawn up in early June by its founders, the city was officially founded on June 15, 2020. The MPA was created with the goal of ensuring ''Peace Under Law'' (Now the city's motto), by creating a governing body that provides peace and security with the rule of law. Due to a lack of a governing body in Wheatistan the MPA was not able to have a stable Municipal Government. In response, the MPA officially declared itself semi-autonomous of Wheatistan on June 25, 2020 in order to stabilize and formalize the Municipal Government. This resulted in the MPA having its own soft border, citizenship, government, economy, and laws. However, the city is still officially under the sovereignty of Wheatistan. The MPA is known to provide security, peace, and stability to its citizens through the rule of law. The city is bordered by Carreton to the west, Wheatistan City to the east, and Streamsville to the south. |

The Municipality of Pacem (Previously known as The City of Pacem) is a semi-autonomous city located at the northern point of Central-Wheatistan. While plans for the city were drawn up in early June by its founders, the city was officially founded on June 15, 2020. The MPA was created with the goal of ensuring Peace Under Law (Now the city's motto), by creating a governing body that provides peace and security with the rule of law. Due to a lack of a governing body in Wheatistan the MPA was not able to have a stable Municipal Government. In response, the MPA officially declared itself semi-autonomous of Wheatistan on June 25, 2020 in order to stabilize and formalize the Municipal Government.
