Citizens may report suspected espionage to Imperial senators, the sovereign, the military chief of staff, federal judges, the Chancellor, and Vice Chancellor. 6. The military chief of staff, chancellor, the sovereign, or their designee are authorized to temporary take protective action against those suspected of espionage and treason for a period not exceeding the duration of 72 hours. 7.
