In the following months after KingOfTheMochas's exit from the Jazz Committee, Kallos underwent numerous changes. The former democratic system was stripped and changed to adopt a more oligarchic dictatorship based off of trust. Due to two incidents with IMC and MtS, Kallos opted to adopt a fully isolationist strategy. In August 2021, Camiseo formally merged with Kallos in order to form a collective state. Following this, ties were established with a small nation of Asahigaoka as theya wereresult of their friendsfriendship with some of the citizens of Camiseo. A few citizens from Kallos went to help out the Asahigaokans with constructing a small simple factory bunker. Hockey328 got suspicious of a few Kallos citizens hitting snitches near Caledonian claims (nearby to where Asahi had settled), and investigated. He encountered ~3 Kallosian's and 1 Asahigaokan. This followed a brief standoff that was eventually resolved diplomatically due to a Coalition intervention.

Under the Kaylaocracy, the Arx-Centauri Vault construction was sped up and prioritized. EXP Production was also fully established and is now entirely possible.

Late -server tensionsTensions and EOTW
Near the end of CivclassicCivClassic, tensions continuously rose due to the growing power of Kallos, and the founding of the AMIGOS alliance. In particular, tensions were especially high with the CES and IMC during the summer and fall of 2021. During the last two months of the server, political tensions were brought to a boiling point. The UDF was mobilizing against Kallosian allies for owning illegal vaults and preparing on a retaliation for disabling the Crucible vault. Fighters from both sides were preparing for a prolonged conflict not seen since the infinityInfinity war,War. howeverHowever, conflict was avoided when TealNerd announced the end of the server.

Geography (CivClassic)
Line 59 ⟶ 62:
As a partially Zoomer-led nation with an initial emphasis on becoming self-sufficient, Kallos had one populated settlement, Kallos City. Outlying regions are treated as an extension of national control, especially depending on access to EXP infrastructure. Kallos has an closed-door policy, restricting access to most of its regions as a primarily isolationist country.

Government and Politics (CivclassicCivClassic)
Kallos was led by a trust-based government. It contains two sets of administrative divisions, the Chad Council and Jazz Committee.

Line 68 ⟶ 71:

A large amount of effort has been put in by the Kallos Jazz Committee and Regionary Council to attempt to mend and resolve any conflicts pertaining to WP. This has resulted in numerous potentially inflammatory incidents being resolved diplomatically, such as the Best Western Slime Incident, and the Kaliningrad City restoration incident.

Culture (CivClassic)
Line 79:
A large amount of Kallosian Culture was centered around the old world pertaining to the NATO alliance. It was seen as a reasonable duty to ensure that the relics NATO created remain for new players to see.

The civCiv Interim and the Kallosian collapse
During the time between CivClassic and CivMC, Kallos remained mostly in tact for a few months, operating as a close knit friend group playing on minor servers such as CivRev, CivRed and Hypixel. It was at this time that Kallos reached its peak of encore members, totaling 8. However, during March of 2022, due to internal problems and arguments, Kallos completely dissolved as a state, and the remaining 4 encore members opted to merge with the newly formed Rhode Island.

The Kallosian rebirth on CivMC
On June 29th, nearly 4 months after the collapse, Kallos returned to the world stage when K0mmi, Troll_bebek, Lasady and Danirague, the last 4 Encore members, founded Kallos in the claims of Camiseo. They started the capital city Kallopolis shortly after, and over the course of a few weeks activity gradually grew to a respectable level. In the first week of August 2022, Kallos joined the Arsenio Pact. AMIGOS

Following the ban-induced collapse of the USA/Rhode Island, Kallos, under the leadership of K0mmi, annexed the bulk of former-RI territories with the notable exception of the "random crater" that happened to also contain the former RI vault. AMIGOS
