However; this all fell apart quickly as Jomsviking declared a Synagogue built as illegitimate and attacked Judea by burning it down late in the night, this day is seen as a tragedy within Judea and is viewed as the reason for Judean declaration of Independence against Jomsviking; as well as the declaration of Jomsviking as the official enemy of Judea. Judea was first established midway through [[CivRev]]'s runtime. It quickly joined the [[Jomsviking Confederation]], despite being warned that the conservative playerbase would end up chafing under far-leftist pagan rule. Judea consisted of 2 players at first, but soon grew to 4 players. A while later, Jomsviking declared a synagogue Judea had built to be illegal, and proceeded to sack Judea.
