The commune of Jórvík is located in the northwest of the Jomsviking Confederation (800,-5800), it is comprised of many biomes with a centrally located city. The commune of Jórvík was previously known as the City of England as a formerly independent city state. It's internal government is lead by a monarcho-communist kingdom, and it interacts with the greater Jomsviking governmental structure under the clan name of House Jórvík.

On Nov 18 2021 a coalition of Jomsviking warriors encountering no resistance from the supposed leaders of the territory took control over the fortifications of the existing city and infrastructure. Reinstalling former sovereign Djimbouti citizen Jamison_Adams as its rightful king by birthright, and seeress Tatdat as its queen and grand protector of the realm. Promising to bring a new life to the city and territory that had long sat empty and desolate, the new monarchs of Jórvík established a throne in the city and renamed the territory to the commune of Jórvík.
