The JCCS was an heritage organization designed to protect the builds within the former HJE following the fall of the Best Western Vault and subsequent disorganizing of the Holy Jaded Empire. This effort was primarily taken up by ComradeRick.

Today the JCCS exists in name only, with many active nations claiming over former HJE land such as Kallos.
