Imperial Truidence: Difference between revisions

The Truidencian political system iswas characterized by its use of both authoritarianism, in service of efficiency, and democracy, in service of the common good. Two entities have legislative power: the imperial senate and the Emperor. The senate may be overruled by the Emperor, should he deem it necessary.

The Aggregated Truidencian Party was founded by [[User:Discozoa|the Bog Knight]] on the 10th of June, 2021. It iswas based on the core tenants of Orthodox Bezism, Expansionism, Colonialism, Truidencian Social Security, Economic Support and the Defense of Truidencian minorities in other nations. The party holdsheld true to social conservatism, though being more economically centrist and embracing Distributism. This demandsdemanded a compromise with business-run organizations and worker-run unions, with both having rights and privileges under the law of Imperial Truidence, neither surpassing the other. The colonial efforts of the empire are also a consideration, as unclaimed and unpopulated lands are good a opportunity to foster national unity and create infrastructure. A key goal of the ATP iswas the growth and development of the eastern lands of Imperial Truidence, usually defined as regions east of the city of Northland. As the founder and current leader of the ATP, the Bog Knight, has invested much into these lands and colonies, it iswas central to the party. Ever since the fall of [[Verda]] and the many unclaimed areas in the region, this eastward colonialism was based off of this opportunity.

The Truidencian People's Party ''(formerly [[All-Truidencian National People's Party|ATNPP]] which was founded on the 10th of February, 2021)'' was reformed by [[Zeldronix]] on the 6th of July, 2021. It iswas based on the core tenants of Pan-Truidencianism, Social Welfare and Economic Interventionism. The party representsrepresented the centre populist branch of the Truidencian political sphere, but definesdefined itself as left wing due to its economic and social policies. The party hashad a policy of "The People Comes First" With which they seekseeked to economically support the less fortunate citizenry of the empire, expand infrastructure to the underdeveloped provinces, unite the empire like never before via more railways and land-reclamation of the sea and funding the construction of new buildings dedicated to the worship of [[Bezism|Bez]], free for all to enjoy.

What: The seat of the church of Bezism, this magnificent cathedral can accomodateaccommodate up to 80 people at the time, despite the small design flaw that no one can actually see the altar or whoever is standing by it.

What: A Bezist temple at the easternmost cliffside of Downer Astonia. It is the end of the Inis Moin-Downer Astonia pilgrimage trail and is near the Eastern Monestary of Bez's Grace. It was constructed by [[Discozoa|the Bog Knight]] when he realized the lack of Truidencian nationalism and Bezist fervor in this far flung eastern land. It was destroyed by [[SinjoroJoCrafter]], the original owner of the land, after he discovered it was not reinforced, snitched, or protected in any way.

Imperial Truidence joined the [[UNC]] on the 1st of July. The nation's presence was short however. Shortly after joining, the UNC lost most of it's member states to a internal conflict regarding tethe topic of intervention. [[Varkonia]], [[Gensokyo]], and [[Nyasaland]] left the UNC to create a new alliance with [[Hjaltland]], namely the [[Entente|Entente.]] Several other nations left in the following day, and thus the Truidencian senate agreed on that it no longer was in the best interest of Imperial Truidence to be in the UNC, as there no longer were any allies nearby.

The Imperial Truidence constitution was also changed as decided by the earlier meeting, with Emperor Bez writing the proposal and the senators voting it in. The most major change was the establishment of the minister system outlineedoutlined above.

With Smarties_313 lack of cooperation, Obtainable Spatula took on the task himself, effectively juggling the roles of Prime Chancellor, Field Marshal, Chief Diplomat and now Chancellor. This caught the attention of Bez, who reached out to Obtainable Spatula, about his reinstatentreinstatement as emperor, marking and end of the Prime Chancellorship.

On August 13th, exactly a month after his abdication, Emperor Bez reassumedresumed his position as head of state. In his announcement he made it known that he would serve in a more limited capacity due to his work schedule not having changed. The ministers were to conduct day to day operations, with Bez being more of a figurehead, and solving disputes between the ministry and overruling poor decision making.

A part of Yello's sentence was being pearled if he set foot in Truidencian land again. A few weeks after being banished, he moved his alt accounts through the capital of Anburon, making him wanted by the Truidencian government. He seeked asylum in Adina, and was under their protection as long as he kept within their borders. He was well aware of this, but still proceeded to move one of his accounts to the [[Mir]]<nowiki/>capital city of Charon. Obtainable Spatula was told by S4NTA that yello was there, and was allowed to come to Mir to pearl Yello. Spatula immediately proceeded to move towards Charon. When he arrived there, Yello was standing AFK in an empty building in the capital. Spatula made his way into the house and attacked Yello, who started moving and trying to defend himself. His efforts resulted in naught however, as he was exile pearled before he could put up much of a fight. Obtainable Spatula brought his pearl to Varkonia, who had agreed to hold the pearl on Imperial Truidence's behalf. Yello's pearling sentence was increased multiple times, after being warned that the sentence would be increased if he continued to harass the citizens of Imperial Truidence from the end. He was released 4 months later, before being banned for doxxingdoxing.<br />

During the middle of June 2020, a mission was undertaken by the Truidencians GenericLaqey and Icyski. Their mission was to revitalize and beautify Imperial Truidence's capital city of Anburon. They began by building a vertical longship in the architectural style of the viking era in the bay south of the city, based on Imperial Truidence's ethnic roots to Norway and viking culture. The longship was of their own design, complete with a deck for meat, a deck for alcohol, and many more. After this, GenericLaqey proceeded to single handedly complete the St. Bez cathedral, designed by Obtainable Spatula, which had been under construction for nearly 6 months. HeShe felt the need to build more, so heshe built a large townhalltown hall also designed by Obtainable Spatula in northern Anburon, and equipped the entire town with streetlights, so the inhabitants of Anburon could walk the streets with no fear of the horrid creatures of the night.<br />

The Schism of Retardation was a series of theological debates and political fractures based around the disputed fact of the fallabilityfallibility of the divine. The schism began after God Emperor Bez stated that "Everybody is retarded. Sometimes". This called into question whether or not the God Emperor himself was therefore also sometimes retarded. The official decree from Bez was as follows: "My retardness is a theological matter". This effectivlyeffectively split the Church and nation of Imperial Truidence into two camps. The conservatives who believed the God Emperor could not be retarded, led by GenericLaqey. And the progressives, who believed the Emperor was retarded most of the time, but not when intoxicated; led by the Chief Diplomat and Field Marshal Obtainable Spatula. The conflict lasted for 18 hours. Culminating with a series of riots and street clashes. The conflict came to a close when GenericLaqey, in a heated debate with Spatula, argued that since the God Emperor is everything, and "everything" would necassarilynecessarily include retardeness, that God Emperor Bez must be retarded. Bez, considering the matter to be satisfactorily settled, declared it so, ending the Schism of Retardation.

As the year of 2021 proceeded, the colonial and political tides of Imperial Truidence were in flux. On the 10th of February 2021, coenciding with his return to the server Zeldronix created the [[All-Truidencian National People's Party|All-Truidencian National People's Party (ATNPP)]] upon a platform of westward expansionism, Radical Bezism and nationalism. On the 21th of January, 2021 saw the creation of the Carrot Land colony upon the old ruins of Panem while June the 13th saw the creation of the Spatine (Later Camelot) colony. These colonial expansions eastward and the continuing push to develop Eastern Truidence convinced [[Discozoa|the Bog Knight]] to create the [[Aggregated Truidencian Party|Aggregate Truidencian Party]] (ATP) on the 10th of June 2021. In terms of Bezism, theologians debated the existence of the Frithbezeach until the Pontifex GenericLaquy declared in hisher immortal words,"fuck it why not" on the 14th of June 2021, essentially ending the theological debate.

With the desire to codify the going’s on of Imperial Truidence and noting the popular Lambat Post of [[Lambat (CivClassic 2.0)|Lambat]], the Bezist’s Bulletin was created, being managed by [[Discozoa|the Bog Knight]]. A noted shift was taking place from Anburon, with Emperor [[Obtainable Spatula]] declaring his desire to have a hands-off approach to governing and infrastructure projects, encouraging the Truidencian government and wider populous to undertake projects themselves. This has also been noted with the diplomatic policy of Imperial Truidence, favoring a more careful and controlled approach to the politics of the international community.

Imperial Truidence's main geographical feature consists of forests and taigas, with a more diverse range of biomes further from the capital. The other biomes in the empire include nether islands, a mooshroom island, a roofed forrestforest biome, a savannah, several swamps, and a couple of mesas. The entire empire is centered just north-west of 0,0, with the capital of Anburon in the very south of the main land cluster. The capital boasts a medieval architectural style, and the seat of power of the Emperor. The rest of the nation's many provinces and regions have several small towns, with their own unique styles and buildings.

Purpose: Alternative to Anburon as home of skillfullskillful builders in Imperial Truidence.

Carrot Land is a colonial possession of Imperial Truidence east of Bezistan. It constitutes of Panem (or what’s left of it), the Isle of Phalluses and other surrounding islands. Unfortunately due to some tragic twist of fate, Carrot Land appears unable to grow carrots. In memory of this tragedy, massive carrot-like structures have been created and are now used as housing and storage. [[Discozoa|The Bog Knight]] arrived soon after the colony's foundation and created the town of Glanmeacan ('Pure Vegetable' in Irish Gaelic) as a naval base. Further into the Ruins of Panem the Bog Knight renovated an old heretical temple to a Bezist place of worship and erecting a Bezist temple on the eastern side of the isle that would be known as the Brollog Bezist Temple.

Besia is the colonial holding of SirTwiggles, it serves as kindergarden where he can use his energy in a safe enviroment (safe for others). In recent times Twiggles has begun to chill. The landscape is hilly and frigid, housing the only natural snowfall in Imperial Truidence. Travel to this remote region is difficult to undertake from the heartlands, with the most common route going through Tírlábán and trekking through the terrain and sea eastwards.

Westland is in what used to be the [[Holy Jaded Empire]], but after the war, the territory became unoccupied. Due to the island's large amount of abandoned farms, Truidencians have taken to reactivate these under their own groups. Some say that this holding is actually to create a worldborder vault, however these rumors are completely unfounded. This is the westernmost territory of Imperial Truidence.

Camelot is in what was once the western portion of Craigia, holding the grounds of old Craigrad itself. It was founded by [[Discozoa|the Bog Knight]] and was named Spatine in honor of the Emperor [[ObtainableSpatula|Obtainable Spatula]]. After being told that Truidencians can only hold one colonial holding, and with the Bog Knight already being Colonial Lord Protector of Bezlaib at the time, the Bog Knight gave the title of Colonial Lord Protector of Spatine to StardustTheLove. Under the new rulership, StardustTheLove renamed the colony to Camelot (though as compromise, the capital city was given the name of Spatine) and began efforts to refurbish the old city. In the present the colony is prosperous, with bamboo and other resources being a prime export, as well as infrastructure like a skybunker, roads, rails, and factories showing up.

Tírlábán is a colony east of Varkonian Aurum, north of the Icenian Stormmire Highlands and south of the Amyr Exclave. It was created by [[Discozoa|Discozoa, the Bog Knight]], though the original plan was to claim territory in what is now the [[Lambat (CivClassic 2.0)|Lambat]] territory of Greater Duskwood. With the arrival of the Bog Knight on the 8th of August 2021 development began immediately, with the old central keep being renovated and topped by an onion dome for each spire. New buildings were also errectederected, with severelseveral storehosuesstorehouses and the new pride of the colony, the Fuilcloch Bezist Temple. 2021's annual Milk Day would see the Bog Knight sacrificed before Bez himself at the altar of Fuilcloch.

While the country is a member of the UDF, Icenia has a special relationship with Imperial Truidence. The empire joined the server in around the same time as Icenia returned to the civ genre. As both nations grew at the same time, trade and cooperation increased. Even as Imperial Truidence joined the UNC, there were talks to make an alliance with Icenia, if nothing more, a defensive treaty. Their talks ended in creating the UDF with Bloom after the fall of the UNC. Even since then, the nation's friendship have blossomed greatly. During the current time, they both greatly share infrastructure between them, like rails, ice roads, and defensive infrastructure. In addidtionaddition there's now precedenceforprecedence for each nation to build in the other, if there is need or desire to do so. They also have a friendly rivalry that occasionally escalates but has never led to war.

This military alliance was created shortly before the dawn of the UDF. At the time they were viewed as the greatest threat to the UDF, but the threat of the [[Entente]] was greatly exaggaratedexaggerated, and the alliances soon became close friends. The UDF later joined Entente and several others in the [[War of The Coalition]], which only improved on the already positive relationship.

Imperial Truidence and Gabon are close friends, with a friendship treaty existing between them. AdditonallyAdditionally, Emperor Spatula and Britishwanderer are secretly lovers.

This momentusmomentous day celebrates the birthday of Emperor Obtainable Spatula, and is celebrated on the 9th of June.

Milk Day is triannual, on the 14th of octoberOctober, the 17th of october, and the 3rd of juneJune, so it was declared by Bez. On Milk Day Truidencians celebrate the IT milk in Lilo and Stitch and drink milk.

Bezmas is celebrated instead of the christianChristian holiday Christmas. It is celebrated on the 24th of December.

[[Bezism]] is also important to Truidence, ever since Bez committed sudoku and ascended from this mortal coil Truidencians have redoubled their religious efforts, establishing several churches; 3 in Anburon, 1 in Downer Astonia (which later became destroyed by [[SinjoroJoCrafter|SinjoroJoCrafter)]], 2 in Inis Moin, 2 in Carrot Land, 1 in [[Nexton]], and 1 in [[Acadia]] there is also a planned temple in Cape Cocoa. Many minor monuments now dot the lands, ranging of places of sacrifice and libation to those of warning and prophecy. The current pontifex of [[Bezism]] is GenericLaqey.
