Surmadri would also secede from the Imperial Federation on the 5 August 2023 afterfollowing a Surmadri citizen council (SCC) gathering to discuss the event of Grenada's secession. With variousunanimous agreement of the council, Surmadri made it's plans to depart from the Imperial Federation official. Various other states began exploring secession shortly afterwards.
