''The Inter-dimensional Council of Ricks'' (''ICOR'') primary territory is located in the northern-central mountain range of the main continent, primarily in the forest biome. ICOR is west of ''Amaryllis'', north/north-west of ''La Commune d'Athena'', and south/south-east of ''Moloka''. We are a fairly low population nation of approximately 7 active players, however we have recently increased our recruitment efforts and are looking forward to a population influx. ''ICOR'' was founded in mid-to-late September, 2019.
