It was createdconceived onin June 2017-06-28 as a cooperation within the alliance ofbetween Hjaltland and Impasse to create a quick and convenient connection between Hjaltland, Impasse, and the Commonwealth which were the most influential cities on the western[[Geographical Regions|Western hemicircleHemicircle]] at the time and also conveniently aligned.
 
Most of the track north of Westminster has been built by workers from TdC, the southern diagonal was built by Hjaltland.
