Blockchainistan has continued alleging that they are not a co-belligerent in the greater war and that they are solely at war with Titan.<ref name=":3" >https://www.reddit.com/r/CivMC/comments/x1plxo/update_on_the_titan_vs_buildfriend_war/</ref> They have repeatedly asked Titan to provide proof regarding the allegation that Blockchainistan has provided XP to Rhode Island, which it has not yet done.
