Market group formed in Tronjheim, capitol of Dalgon. Can either be accessed by entering the elevator in the citadel near 3200, 5200 and then walking to the end of the north hall and following the stairs to the left. On the southern border of Nara capitol Shiroyama anyone can enter the North Gate and take the stairs down to the hall below.
