Dhakhala: Difference between revisions

The Territory of Dhakhala is an unorganized territory in the (+,-) quadrant of the world. It is comprised of a number of farmers and militiamen who have claimed the land long before anyone set foot in the area. The Territory has no allegiance to any nation and remains an independent unit with plans to draft and ratify a constitution.
