South Eastern Alliance
In order to create a more peaceful and cooperative quadrant, the states of Gerald, Agraria, the RSSR, Fyfe and Prussia have united to form the South Eastern Alliance of the +,+ quadrant under common goals and beliefs. Currently, the only active states still in the SEA is the Kingdom of Prussia and Chiapas.
History
The SEA was formed on the 22nd of August, 2012, to establish mutual defense, improve economic cooperation, increase transportation infrastructure development, and to promote national sovereignty, peacefulness, and anti-imperialism. At the time of founding, many felt that the influence from the -,- quadrant, namely Gondolin and the World Police, was unwanted and intrusive. An alliance of nations was thought to be the solution to this problem, as many are stronger than one.
The first major conflict involving the SEA was the Havana conflict. The cooperation was proven a success.
As most of the cities comprising SEA fell silent, SEA became inactive, but still exists.
