</WRAP> New Pyongyang (새로운 평양, Korean pronunciation: [saeloun pʰjɔŋjaŋ], literally: "New Flat Land") is a prosperous city state. New Pyongyang is located in an unknown location but according to myth it is the closest man can come to heaven. Accordin to preliminary results from the 2012 population census, New Pyongyang has a population of 12.
Etymology
"Pyongyang" means literally "Flat Land", in korean. "Saeloun" means literally "New", in korean.
History
New Pyongyang has a long and rich history. The first form of New Pyongyang was located in Columbia, in which it was a small inofficial district. During this time New Pyongyang didn't have an official ideology but the majority of the inhabitants were following the ideal ideology of Juche, which is the ideology the city state is following today.
After a big conflict between Antrolf and Denieru versus Foofed and his goons, the inhabitants of New Pyongyang were forced to emigrate out of the city.
New Pyongyang was refounded in a new position far away from the city of Columbia, where it prospered and grew in both size and inhabitants. Today it is a great City state.
Government and politics
New Pyongyang follows the great ideology of Juche, started by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The eternal president of New Pyongyang is Kim Il-Sung, founder of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Currently the city state is administrated by Denieru and Antrolf.
Transportation
Inside of the city of New Pyongyang, transportation in the form of vehicles are not needed. The city does however have excellent roads perfect for walking on. Pigs are however allowed inside of the city walls.

In 2013 a new city was revealed, also named New Pyongyang, created by Geckolubber.
