Old Fort Saucy Village

This is the downtown area of Fort Saucy Village, containing iconic buildings such as the Ministry of Interior, Ryad Appartments, and Fort Saucy itself. Building regulations are very strict here, and only Nzucco or GTAIVisbest can build

New Fort Saucy Village

This is the surrounding suberbs of Fort Saucy Village, where lots are available for purchase and many people have built structures. To get a lot, contact Nzucco in-game.

Ownership of Land

The city of Fort Saucy Village itself is owned by GTAIVisbest, and co-owned by Nzucco. The land around the village is owned by Darhen and his posse, and an agreement exists between for supply of food, and protection. Fort Saucy Village strives to maintain a positive and friendly relation with everyone.
