New Covenant
New Covenant was a Christian anarchist town in the Metropolis, it was a sister city to the now defunct city of Freedom. Its members ideologically vary, including Anarcho-capitalists, Anarcho-communists, and those in-between. New Covenant's economy is market anarchist or voluntaryist, with several cooperatives and ambitious enterprises. Most if not all of New Covenant's members were Christian, and the town has no denomination outside of Christian. Individual residents, however, did adhere to a variety of denominations; such as baptists, Calvinists, Universalists, Catholics, and more.
History
Founding of New Covenant | Spring-Summer 2013
Prior to the start of 1.0, berge403 claimed a large area up north known as "The Metropolis." His associate, WildWeazel, who was the king of Gondolin 1.0, took an active role in recruiting homesteaders into the region. One such recruitment effort was for a "Christian Anarchist" city dubbed "New Covenant." WildWeazel advertised the idea of the city to different christian subreddits. which received positive reception.
This makes WildWeazel the founder of the city, though he did not move into New Covenant until sometime bewteen late 2013 and early 2014

Landmarks and Surroundings
The center of New Covenant is a small church, complete with pews, outside of which is a Free Bread chest, reflective of the compassionate nature and aims of the residents. To the west of New Covenant is the small outpost known locally as Cliffside, overlooking a large wheat farm.
Economy
Internally, New Covenant is sustained by multiple public farms, mainly producing wheat, cows, and potatoes. Externally, New Covenant used to export wood to nearby towns. The forest biome location allows it to sustain rapidly-growing tree farms.
New Covenant was also home to multiple businesses, including City Construction Company, which has built roads for New Covenant and the surrounding Metropolis, and Lysander Spooner Parcel Service of New Covenant, which provided postal services to the city (Now Defunct).
