Kappi

Organized city at the center of the map. Inactive, due to rebuilding Kappi is a country of players with myself,Soapbucket and a core group of cronies. The territory we claim as our own will become our Country and it is be named Kappi.

Kappi will have a capital and the country will be split into states which will be governed by the core members. The Capital will be the largest of the towns which fall within the country limits of Kappi. It's location will be without any obstruction 0,0 and will allow access to the public outside of Kappi govern to use this may be in the form of Roads, Markets etc. . The Core group will reside in the 0,0 Capital alongside myself.

The Capital will be open to embassy's of ally'd neighbours and foreign interests and will not be the main living quarters of civilians but a hub which will be used by the various different states for trade, meetings and Kappi government business. In essence it will be the face of the whole country representing each state in a central location.
