After a territorial dispute with [[Jomsviking Confederation]] occured, also known as the [[Jomsviking-England Incident]], a new era emerged when [[LIQUID STEREO]], who had been given citizenship a couple of weeks prior for helping deny a dereliction on England, vowed to prove that City of England was active and capable. The Kings then opened up citizen applications for the first time since its founding and gave LIQUID permission to accept applications. After a nation advertisement was made, over 10 people had become citizens of England. This also included new government positions, such as Minister of Truth, which was given to LIQUID, and Duchess, which was fittingly given to duchessruby. To this day, City of England is thriving in activity is more alive than it has ever been.
