Bloom consists of two constituent territories: Capital Territory and Great Northern Territory. Within both territories and also outside of them are various townships, 8 in total; these include Capital, New Siata, Narda, Marseille, Angullia, DRK(Democratic Republic of Kek), High Velothi, and Capita.
