Located primarily on the continent of Deluvia (but maintaining a presence on the Eastern Continent as well), the Commonwealth of Arcandria is a federal commonwealth collectively led by a Council of State, wherein supreme executive and legislative authority resides. At the head of the Council of State is the Council President, elected by all voting citizens of the Commonwealth every four weeks to represent the Council and direct the Council towards collective goals.
