ttk2 is the founder of Civcraft. His decisions define the "Civ genre" to this day.
After leading all Civcraft iterations, he decided to shut down Civcraft for good due to "a values dissonance between the players and myself", lack of developers, and player recruitment difficulties.[1]
Even though he does not actively play Civ anymore, he still checks out the latest Civ server spin-offs every once in a while.
I wanted to see a game where players actions really mattered, where they created and shaped the societies and worlds they played in, a game that truly had no script.[1]
