[[Havana]] was spreading the untruth that [[Southshire]] not only held the pearl but was refusing to comply with the decision of the [[The Commonwealth|Commonwealth]]'s decision. The [[The Commonwealth|Commonwealth]] initially believed this too as they could see discontent, hostility, and memery from certain citizens of [[Southshire]], howeverbut it was realised that [[ThePayman]] himself was withholding the pearl for his own reasons. [[Sashimii]] convincedmanaged to convince [[ThePayman]] to surrender the pearl to [[Alpoko]] since it would otherwiseto createavoid anfurther international incidentconflict.
