The Norlund King at the time [[Shameless_Shamus]] unjustly pearled Rain for no valid reason on a "casual visit" to his town the Paris Commune, violating Norlish laws and creating a great sense of mistrust in the Norlund government which lead to Norlund collapsing into a bloody, messy civil war.
