Shrimptopia is a newly created country, located in the +,- quadrant and was formed on 9/13/21 by [[WimpyShrimp]]. Shrimptopia is founded under the claim that people should be left alone. The government could be described as a "semi-anarchy" where citizens can mostly do whatever they want. The country currently has no other citizens.
