Shrimptopia iswas a newlycountry createdlocated countryin the +,- quadrant and was formed on 9/13/21 by [[WimpyShrimp]]. He is also a new player who joined in early September of 2021. Shortly after he joined he started raiding Caledonia andShrimptopia was pearled. Later, he made emends with Caledonia and went to form his own country. WimpyShrimp went to an island but found it was claimed and finally found an unclaimed location in the + - quadrant of the map. Shrimptopia is founded under the claim that people should be left alone. The government could bewas described as a "semi-anarchy" where citizens can mostly do whatever they want. The country currently hashad no other memberscitizens.
