The governing documents of Prussia have gone through many variations, with the Code being newly-written for Civclassics. The Code was ratified by common agreement among the old Prussians and the five most active Prussians on the server on 1 May 2019. These five most active players also form the governing constitutional body of the Kingdom of Prussia.
