Szepess would initially settle in Godhaven, north of Ohio in Ardair Cottage. After a few weeks, he would immigrate to southern Alenarith to establish a new homeland for himself and initially to become a State of the Imperial Federation. |

Following the announcement of the new settlement by Szepess to [[TheJmqn]], it was thought that Anisso would be admitted as a territory of the Imperial Federation. This would be rejected by the Senate of the Imperial Federation and would leave Anisso either independent, unless they would decide to leave. There was brief talks of vassalage with the Temporal Empire, but the government became increasingly independent minded following the initial rejections. The Principality of Anisso was then declared by Prince Szepess as an independent state. |

Following the creation of the Principality, Szepess would draft and enforce into law the Statute of Fairegealach, which would outline a parliamentary monarchy. Szepess would then invite Voxkai to form a governement. These early days would see the development of Wintanceaster, which would lead to the granting of land to Voxkai which would become the County of Gallaibh, with Voxkai as Countess. |
