==== A New Capital ====
In what could be considered the 'exit' phase of Reconstruction, work began on a new city located the desert region to the east. This was partly due to a desire to move the capital city to a settlement other than Odresh City, given its chronic stagnation and poor builds. It was also seen as a sort of revival project, a plan to boost activity, draw in new citizens, and give the province a settlement to show off to the world. In early 2020, Lokilog began testing builds in singleplayer creative worlds, and began construction on CivClassics in mid-February. During this time period, Odresh also purchased Phylon from Adina, a somewhat interesting end point more than a year after the Odresh-Phylon Conflict.

=== Entura ===
Previously known as simply 'the desert', Entura is Odresh's new capital, with a growing city on the eastern coast. Created because of Odresh City's stagnation and poor builds, work on a new capital city began in late February 2020 and is ongoing. At currentthe moment, the city contains a central plaza, surrounded by a canal system and a few buildings. This district is the current center of activity in Odresh, and is under active development.

=== Odresh City (OC) ===
Unsurprisingly, the district of Odresh City contains the captialprovince's offirst thecity province(not counting annexed territories) with the same name. OC is a relatively small town with less than 15 structures and only about 5 residents. However, it contains the only two routesrails out of Odresh, the underground rail, and the Urbania-OC-Phylon rail, although the latter is of little use ''(see Phylon Rail for more details)''. OC is also one of the endpoints of the mountain paths.
