Neuchâtel is a dominion of Hexcorp.
History
Hexcorp's Direct Control
Before Neuchâtel was created Hexcorp owned the land.
Settlement
At 28th April 2018, ElementKZ got a full access to do whatever he wishes to do with the land. ElementKZ, started a small settlement called "Neuchâtel". Neuchâtel stayed under Hexcorp's control
Today
Today, the place is pretty much abandoned
