History
Hexcorp's Direct Control
Before Neuchâtel was created the land was directly under Hexcorp's control and was mainly used for a place for farms.
Settlement
At 28th April 2018, ElementKZ got a full permission to settle in the given land and started a small settlement called "Neuchâtel". Neuchâtel stayed under Hexcorp's control
Today
Today, the place is abandoned but kept claimed by Hexcorp.
