Icenia was at one point part of [[Volterra]], now known as [[Varkonia]], and has spun off nations such as [[Vzis]]. Members of Icenia in Civclassic can primarily trace their history back to Aeon (Western Empire), [[Chanada]], or [[Yoahtl]]. Notable former Icenians can be found in [[CCCP]] or Varkonia.
