With the Summer months progressing, a new and ambitious project was announced, with the many lords, architects, builders and industrialists being assembled to expand the city of Northland. Despite the city's long history under Truidencian sovereignty, it was mostly forgotten beside the usual minor grief. Though a new farm had been created directly west of Northland, the city itself lacked any renovation. The new project planned to create a newer Northland on the southern side of the Northland River, with no threat of damaging the historical buildings of Northland and to expand into an as of yet unsettled area. The three greatest contributors to this Northland project would be [[Icyski]], [[Zeldronix]] and [[Discozoa|the Bog Knight]], with the first buildings being Zeldrïn's Bezengard-style developments on the west, the Truidencian State Building by Icyski alongside the Árbez Bezist Temple and apartment complex by the Bog Knight.
Though the Bog Knight would eventually move to the New Truidencian colony of Tírlábán for a time in mid-August, the other builders would continue work on Northland. The scope of the project would be expanded, with land reclamation in the south and properly paved roadways. The western side of the new city would begin to take shape as the Bezengard architectural style erected new storehouses and commercial buildings by Zeldronix. The canal in the center of the city would be given embankments and extension northwards, with a bridge-building crossing the gap. The eastern quarter would soon grow with the return of the Bog Knight and the creation of several new establishments in the Inis Móin architectural style. To preserve the natural landscape, lands east of the eastern quarter would be walled off to create a new nature preserve.
