On or around Thanksgiving of 2023, the Icenian Senate became aware of a bunker being constructed just north of Whole Foods Bunker by DarkFCC. After further examination, it was found that ChosenTwiceLOL had moved most—if not all—of his operations in the fake nation named after a team in the NFC North (FTP) to there. Further examination revealed that the bunker was on track to become, in essence, a "pocket vault" not unlike Whole Foods itself. Discussion quickly moved into the DGP discord as to what to do with this newfound information and a date was set for an invasion of Florence. This planned attack would have undoubtably led to another war with Gang Shi as Wilson had expressed to then Minister of Defense Shadno that "under no circumstances should Florance be touched". An attack bunker was built in secret—but the night of the attack, something huge happened that would change the course of Icenian history forever.

The night of the planned DGP operation in Florance, ChrisChrispie and Speaker of the Senate Quanton_Biscut were pulled into a secret VC with Yoahtl and former Gang Shi member FastestGrass. Fastest explained that he'd faced both terrible treatment from Gang Shi in the wake of the Butternut-SEC war, in particular from Wilson—the Emperor of Gang Shi. Fastest would then provide verifiable leaks of the Gang Shi discord essentially confirming what most in Icenia had suspected since the end of the war—that being, that despite the cessation of hostilities, Gang Shi had devised a long-term strategy of containment for Icenia with the end goal being the extermination and destruction of the nation.

Fastest also explained that he had an insider in Gang Shi with full group access to Gang Shi's snitch grid and vault—Black Mesa—and that if Icenia and Yoahtl were to press his claims on Black Mesa, he'd have the insider add combatants to groups there so they could CTR the living shit out of the vault and make it his own. He further explained that this insider, at the time of the discussion, had full access to the Gang Shi discord as a moderator. Plans were made that Icenia would secretly replace Kira in the Gang Shi discord with the Sneed3000 snitchbot, which would give bogus affirmative responses exactly like Kira for any on-discord group management. Furthermore, the DGP planned to CTR Gang Shi iceroads far out from the vault itself in order to create a secure access point, head into the vault, and—Jah willing—give it over to Fastest. Unfortunately, the night before the attack, the insider was removed from Gang Shi moderator role in discord. As a result, top minds in Icenia decided to test out the SnitchJammer5000 tech—developed long ago in a salt mine during the USA war. This would have a profound impact on the attack as it jammed Gang Shi's snitches, apparently, for like a full day and a half.
