After the War of the Coalition, Icenia and the UDF would for a short time join the ongoing war between Entente against Corvus and Laconia. This was done due to Laconia taking in some of the obby bombers from Ransakistan and Corvus doing the same thing. Ultimately Laconia and Corvus would fall under Coalition assault.

Laconia in particular had been at odds with Icenia diplomatically for months after taking Pirater, Alpha_Gale, and other New Sovians and ex-LSD members into their ranks. Pirater and Alpha_Gale in particular had been an issue for Icenia, with Pirater having illegal snitches along Icenia's 0,0 rail line and Alpha_Gale attempting to get a raider in Icenian territory to pearl ChrisChrispie along with other UDF and Entente leaders and PvPers. As a result of this, Laconians were banned from Icenian soil. Laconia, however, continued to have citizens come to Icenia and run through the vault exclusion zone. The end result was Icenia joining in very late in the war against Laconia to take down Mount Doom and see Pirater and the remaining members of the LSD hiding there pearled.

Icenians saw their first true military action in the war during the defense of Columbia's vault in Valyria, The Crucible-the largest vault in the UDF. Due to support of both Entente and Mirrian forces, NATO was beaten back and lost the pearl of Bob_The_Builder, a notable PvPer.
