Hostile Intentions is a popular title of posts to the subreddit and other public releases of information in the civ community. Stemming from posts of leaked audio of civ players plotting, scheming, and being themselves being used to damage the public relations of the nations they were from. Hostile Intentions became a buzzword for any release of information meant to damage a rival player or nation's public relations and standing in the community.
